Conventionally, there have been devices of this type as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. That is, in FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a paper discharge section of a printing machine, where printed sheets 3 are stacked on a pallet 5 carried by grips 2 of a chain conveyor. Reference numeral 4 denotes a carrier, onto which the pallet 5 is scooped up together with the stacked sheets 3, and the carrier is pulled out of the machine. Reference numeral 6 denotes another pallet to be placed on the paper, and with the pallet thus placed, the above-mentioned carrier is placed at the stationary reversing machine 7 configured as shown in FIG. carried by 4. In the reversing machine 7, the carrier 4 is inserted into a pair of forks 8, 8' positioned as shown. When an operating lever (not shown) is operated, the hydraulic machines 9, 9' are activated, and the forks 8, 8' are moved up and down, respectively, to clamp the paper 3 together with the pallets 5, 6. After the paper is held and the carrier 4 is pulled out, the drive motor 10 is activated by turning on an operating switch (not shown), and an H-shaped holding frame 11 is fixed, and has pulleys 12a at both ends. The rotating shaft 12 is rotated via a gear 13a fixed to both ends of the connecting shaft 13 and a chain belt 14, and the paper 3 is rotated 180 degrees in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure together with the holding frame 11, as shown in FIG. Moved to an inverted position. After the carrier 4 is inserted between the forks 8, 8' of the reversing machine 7, when the hydraulic devices 9, 9' are activated by operating the operating lever, the forks 8, 8' move up and down. is driven in the opposite direction,
The held paper is released, and the paper 3 is placed on the carrier 4 together with the pallets 5 and 6. Thereafter, the paper 3 is conveyed to the paper feed section 15 of the printing press 1 by the carrier 4.

Since the paper reversing machine used for double-sided printing work is configured as described above, the paper loading and unloading ports face each other, so the radius of movement is large, and it occupies a specific area. Considering the frequency of use, it requires a large amount of dead space, and the equipment cost is high. Moreover, since the paper is of a fixed type, a transport vehicle is required, and reloading operations must be carried out frequently. Not only is it extremely difficult to perform reversing operations, but there is also a risk that the paper may collapse.

This invention was made with attention to the above-mentioned circumstances, and it reduces the clamping pressure of materials as much as possible, eliminates the possibility of load collapse, makes reversing operations easy, has a small radius of movement, and facilitates reloading of materials. It is an object of the present invention to provide a material reversing machine that requires fewer operations and can shorten the time required for reversing work.

Next, the operation of the material reversing machine configured as described above will be explained based on the printing operation shown in FIG.
That is, the sheets 3 discharged from the paper discharge section 1 of the printing machine are stacked on the pallet 5, and when the number of sheets reaches a predetermined amount, the discharge from the paper discharge section is stopped, and then the paper 3 is discharged from the paper discharge section 1 of the printing machine. The above-mentioned mobile material inverter 200 is inserted into the container by means of the hand handle 45. At that time, first, when the operating lever 43 is tilted to the left, the hydraulic devices 38a, 38b, 39a, and 39b are activated, and the forks 31, 32, 34, and 35 are moved up and down at the same time, and the fork is fully opened as shown in the figure, and the pallet 5 is moved downwards. Insert the forks 32 and 35 into. Next, when the lever 43 is moved upward, the hydraulic devices 39a and 39b are
is activated, and only the forks 32 and 35 are raised, so that the paper 3 is raised together with the pallet 5.
After placing the pallet 6 on the paper 3, when the operating lever 43 is moved downward, the hydraulic device 38

When the operating lever 44 is pushed downward, the H-shaped frame 29 is rotated 90 degrees around the support shaft 25 by the action of the hydraulic device 27, so that it is horizontal. The paper is moved to the position and stands up. When the lock bar 42 is pulled out after the H-shaped frame 29 is brought into a horizontal state in this manner, the lock of the H-shaped frame 29 is released. Next, the H-shaped frame 29 is manually rotated horizontally through 180 degrees together with the rotation shaft 26 about one free end of the rotating body 24, and when the rotation reaches the end position, it is automatically locked by the lock bar 42. Next, when the operating lever 44 is tilted upward, the H-shaped frame 29 is rotated downward by 90 degrees by the action of the hydraulic device 27, so that it is returned to the vertical state, and the surface reversal operation of the paper 3 is completed. become. After that, the reversing machine 2 is rotated by the hand handle 45.
00 to the paper feed section 1 of the printing machine, and the paper is unloaded by operating the operating lever 43 using the upper and lower forks 31,
If the forks 32, 34, and 35 are moved up and down at the same time, the upper and lower forks will all be fully open, and the paper unloading operation will be completed.

As described above, according to the present invention, the material is turned over by holding the holding means horizontally and holding the material vertically so that it approaches a self-supporting state, and then turning over, that is, turning the material. It does not depend on the holding pressure of the material, therefore, the holding pressure of the material, that is, the clamping pressure, may be small. Moreover, it is in a self-supporting state and the load on the holding means (for example, H-shaped frame) changes constantly while the weight is being swiveled. Since it is supported without any problem, there is no need to worry about the load shifting.Furthermore, since the material loading and unloading ports are in one place, there is no need to move transport equipment, etc., making reversing work simple and easy. This is the result. In addition, because the radius of action is small, work can be done in a small space, improving work efficiency and making installation space more effective. In addition, by configuring a mobile material reversing machine that has both reversing and transporting functions, it is possible to easily move to the relevant department and perform reversing work when necessary, and the work of reloading materials is reduced. This has the effect of shortening the processing time and also eliminating the possibility of materials collapsing.
