性誘電体素子。 (2) 前記ガラスは、前記素体の厚み方向の両面
上で前記電極の外周端縁を被覆するように設けた
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
に記載の非直線性誘電体素子。 (3) 前記ガラスは、前記前記素体の外周面を覆
い前記素体の厚み方向の両面側で連続するように
設けたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
