【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は蓋と容器とを開閉自在に連結する蝶番
を改良してなるコンパクト容器に係り、更に詳し
くは中央部にリングを突設したピンを容器或は蓋
の蝶番部に取付け、かつ蓋或は容器の蝶番部に前
記ピンを強制的に挿入し得る割溝を穿設すると共
にこの割溝の中央部に前記ピンのリングが嵌入し
得る深いリング溝を穿設し、前記リングがこのリ
ング溝に嵌入する如くピンを割溝に強制挿入して
容器と蓋とを相互に開閉自在に連結構成したこと
を特徴としたコンパクト容器に関するものであ
る。従来のこの種のコンパクト容器の蝶番に於て
は蝶番部の側面からピンを挿通して構成していた
が、この場合には容器等のバラツキ等によるフツ
クの開閉強度をこの蝶番部分で吸収することが出
来ず、フツク強度が不安定となる欠点があり、又
コンパクトの使用によるフツク疲労が多くなる等
の欠点があつた。更にこの欠点を改善する為に例
えば実公昭44−25031号公報に示す如き技術も開
発されているが、この技術に於ては使用時に蝶番
側面のズレが発生し、長期間スムーズに使用する

る。図により本考案の一実施例を具体的に説明す

容器であつて、その開口部にはフツク2が突設さ
れ、かつ後部の中央部に切欠部3を持つた蝶番部
4には金属製ピン5が容器1と共に一体成形され
ており、該ピン5は切欠部3に架橋された状態で

期間使用した場合にも蝶番側面のズレを根本的に
防止することが出来る等の特徴を有するものであ
