Claims (1)
- 可動盤を開閉移動する型締ラムを備えた型締シ
リンダの後部に閉鎖シリンダを連設し、その閉鎖
シリンダとの間にリザーブタンクを接続するとと
もに、型締ラム内に早送りシリンダを設け、この
早送りシリンダと上記閉鎖シリンダとにわたり、
管状の早送りピストンを軸方向に可動自在に嵌挿
し、かつ早送りピストンの周囲に上記型締シリン
ダの後部を開閉する弁体と、閉鎖シリンダ内に位
置する後部ピストンとを設けてなる型開閉装置に
おいて、上記早送りピストンの後端を、ピストン
前端面の受圧面積よりも小さく、後部ピストンの
後側受圧面積との和では、上記ピストン前端面の
受圧面積より大きく受圧面を形成して、後部ピス
トンよりも外方に延設するとともに、ピストン後
端を収容するシリンダを閉鎖シリンダの後部に連
設し、そのシリンダと閉鎖シリンダの後室とを主
回路に接続してなることを特徴とする射出成形機
の型開閉装置。
