Claims (1)
- 液晶表示パネルを駆動する為の駆動ＩＣが結合
され、金属配線パターンが形成された回路基板と
、該回路基板上の各駆動ＩＣに対応する逃し穴を
設けたモールド板とを積層し、該モールド板の逃
し穴内の駆動ＩＣ上にモールド樹脂を充填して該
ＩＣを樹脂モールドする液晶表示装置に於いて、
上記回路基板は、金属配線パターンを被覆する絶
縁被覆が駆動ＩＣ結合箇所の周囲を包囲するべく
形成された事を特徴とする液晶表示装置。
