It does not use a glass flare stem, but uses a crush seal called a pinch seal. For this reason, in the above halogen bulb, it is necessary to align the four lead-in wires connected to each filament on the same straight line on a single crushing sealing surface, and in the case of a sealed beam lamp, Since strict light distribution characteristics are required, it is necessary to adjust the mutual positions of the filaments within the bulb with high precision.

That is, a pair of lead-in wires are attached to the lead-in wire mounting holes of a single-core mount jig, and a coil filament is installed between the tips of these lead-in wires to mount a desired mount, for example, a mount for a traveling beam. After making a mount for the passing beam in the same way, prepare a 2-core mount jig with four lead-in wire mounting holes on the same straight line, and transfer each of the above mounts to this mount jig. A method of aligning these lead-in wires on the same straight line by changing the lead-in wires of each mount so that they are positioned alternately; After bending the tips of the lead-in wires other than the desired ones so that they do not get in the way when installing the filament on the desired lead-in wires, install the filament between the desired lead-in wires, and then insert the bent lead-in wires. There is a method in which a filament is installed between these while restoring them to their original state. However, all of these methods have drawbacks; first, according to the former method, the mount, which is individually manufactured using a 1-core mounting jig, must be transferred to a 2-core mounting jig, which increases the number of man-hours. At the same time, the yield increases, making it unsuitable for mass production. In addition, it is difficult to adjust the position of the filament with high precision, and the mount shape tends to vary. Furthermore, in the latter method, since the lead-in wires are bent and then returned to their original shape, the lead-in wires are easily damaged, and as in the above case, it is difficult to accurately set the mutual positional relationship of the filaments. Therefore, in order to set the mutual positional relationship of filaments with high precision,
In addition to requiring a large amount of man-hours and skill to perform the work, it also had problems such as being unsuitable for things that require strict light distribution characteristics, such as automobile headlights.

のである。 The present invention has been made based on the above circumstances, and its purpose is to easily and reliably align lead-in wires on the same straight line, and to position a pair of filaments with high precision. The object of the present invention is to provide a mount assembly jig that is suitable for mass production and that reduces man-hours and yield.

Chucks 13 for removably supporting lead-in wires 4a, 4b and 5a, 5b inserted into the mounting holes 12 are built in at positions corresponding to the mounting holes 12. These chucks 13 will be explained with reference to FIG. 4. Reference numeral 14 is a chuck main body, which has one end provided in each jig half piece 8, 9 with a mounting hole 12.
. . , the other end is housed in a accommodating portion 15 that opens on the side surface of the jig halves 8 and 9. The chuck main body 14 is rotatably supported by a pivot 16, and one end surface of the chuck body 14 is arranged so that it can move forward and backward into the mounting hole 12. Coil spring 17

First, with the jig halves 8, 9 separated, the lead-in wires 4a, 4b and 5a, 5b are inserted into the lead-in wire mounting holes 12... of each jig half-piece 8, 9, and implanted through the chucks 13... Fixed in the set state. After the filament 3 for the low beam is installed between the tip portions of the lead-in wires 5a and 5b, the middle portion of the lead-in wires 5a and 5b is bent by a predetermined distance to form a mount for the low beam.
Similarly, after installing the filament 2 for the running beam between the tips of the lead-in wires 4a and 4b, the middle part of these lead-in wires 4a and 4b is moved in a direction substantially opposite to the lead-in wires 5a and 5b for the above-mentioned passing beams. It is bent by a predetermined dimension to form a mount for the traveling beam. After each mount is formed in this way, the fitting convex portions 10a, 10b, the fitting concave portion 11a,
11b and align the lead-in lines 4a, 4b and 5a, 5b on the same straight line, thereby positioning the traveling beam filament 2 and the passing beam filament 3 with respect to each other. Furthermore, the valve 1 is placed so as to cover each of these filaments 2 and 3, and the exhaust pipe 7 is inserted into the valve 1 through the insertion hole 19. Then, the portion of the bulb 1 to be crushed and sealed is heat-softened and crushed to form a halogen light bulb as shown in FIG.

ものを製作する際に好都合となる。 Therefore, as can be seen from the above explanation, the lead-in lines 4a, 4b and 5a, 5b of the individually manufactured mounts can be aligned on the same straight line by simply fitting the jig halves 8, 9 together. It is now possible to move the mount like before,
Since there is no need to bend the lead-in wires 4a, 4b and 5a, 5b once and then return them to their original positions, the filaments 2, 3 can be positioned with high precision, and variations in mount shape are also reduced. For this reason, it is especially advantageous when manufacturing products that require strict light distribution characteristics, such as halogen light bulbs used in semi-shielded beam lamps for automobile headlights.

Since there is no need to store semi-finished products, the yield is reduced and manufacturing efficiency is improved, making it suitable for mass production.

An insertion hole for inserting an exhaust pipe was formed in a state where the jig halves were fitted together, but as shown in FIG. 21, 21 are provided, jig halves 8, 9
These stepped portions 21, 21 in the fitted state
An insertion hole 22 for inserting an exhaust pipe may be formed between the two. In this case, since the insertion hole 22 is separated along the fitting direction of the jig halves 8 and 9, the exhaust pipe 7 is installed in a predetermined position in advance, and the exhaust pipe 7 is inserted into the step part 2.
By fitting the jig halves 8 and 9 so as to sandwich them between 1 and 21, the exhaust pipe 7 can be attached to the mount assembly jig at the same time as this fitting, making the installation work of the exhaust pipe 7 easier. It can be carried out.

Since we provided an insertion hole for inserting the exhaust pipe that is formed in the mating state, it is possible to align the lead-in wires that individually support a pair of filaments on the same straight line by simply fitting the jig halves together. Become. Therefore, there is no need to relocate the lead-in wires that support the filaments, or to bend the lead-in wires and then return them to their original positions, as is the case in the past, making it possible to position the filaments with each other with high precision. , damage to the lead-in wire can also be prevented.
In addition, if this mount assembly jig is used, no skill is required for the work, and there is no need to store semi-finished products, resulting in excellent effects such as reduced yield and improved manufacturing efficiency.
