- 二つの主面の周辺部全周に段落し部をそれぞれ
設けたセラミツクユニツトの両主面の段落し部を
除く全面に、電極材料の塗布および焼付けによつ
て電極をそれぞれ形成して成ることを特徴とする
セラミツクコンデンサ。
