対する嵌合部と貫通孔側金属筒に対する封着部を
備える筒状金具とオプテイカルロツドをガラス又
はシール材により封密し、前記ロツド保護筒の嵌
合部にロツド保護筒を嵌合し、前記ロツド保護筒
の両端にフアイバコネクタを固着し、前記貫通孔
側金属筒と封着部の金属筒との接合部を封着する
