Claims (1)
- 加熱室の底面に回転自在に支持されたターンテ
ーブルと、該ターンテーブルに載置する被加熱物
の実量をターンテーブルの重量込みで検出する重
量センサーと、該重量センサーの出力信号により
被加熱物を加熱制御する制御装置とを具えゝ該制
御装置は、前記被加熱物の載置前のターンテーブ
ル重量を記録する機能と、該記録した重量を過去
のデータとして現在入力されるターンテーブルの
重量信号と平均化して初期値を補正する機能とを
有せしめられたことを特徴とする加熱器。
