Claims (1)
- アルミナ製基板の一側に、相対する一対の電極
及び多孔性酸化チタン層を順次積層してなり、前
記一対の電極間に介在する多孔性酸化チタン層の
電気抵抗変化によつて酸素濃度を検出するように
した酸素センサにおいて、前記アルミナ製基板と
電極との間にこれらと同時に焼成される複数の帯
状緻密酸化チタン層を相互に所定間隔を設けかつ
前記電極と交差する方向に並べて積層させたこと
を特徴とする酸素センサ。
