Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 流入口と流出口を形成した容器と、この容
器内に設けられ、流入口から流出口へ流れる油を
ろ過するフイルタとを備えたリザーバタンクにお
いて、油温によつて変形する形状記憶合金製の変
形部材を設け、油の低温時には前記変形部材の変
形により油をフイルタを介さずに流出口へ導く逃
がし通路を形成したことを特徴とするリザーバタ
ンク。 (2) 前記変形部材は、常温時にフイルタを容器
の下面に押付けるスプリング作用を持ち、低温時
に縮んでフイルタを持ち上げる機能を持つスプリ
ングである実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載
のリザーバタンク。 (3) 前記逃がし通路は、低温時にフイルタが持
ちあげられてフイルタと容器の下面間に形成され
る通路である実用新案登録請求の範囲第(2)項記
載のリザーバタンク。
