これを記憶する複数のデイスク装置と、これら複
数のデイスク装置の異常を検出する異常検出手段
とを有する情報記憶装置において、前記異常検出
手段によつて異常が検出されなかつたデイスク装
置に与えられる外部入力情報によつて該デイスク
装置内で記憶されていた情報の更新が行なわれた
ときに、該更新された情報を検索するためのデー
タを所定期間保持する更新情報検索データ保持手
段を設け、前記異常が検出されなかつたデイスク
装置に記憶されている更新前の情報を前記検出手
段によつて異常が検出された後該異常が解消され
たデイスク装置に転記するとともに、該転記が完
了した後は前記検索データに基づいて異常が検出
されなかつたデイスク装置から更新情報を検索し
て前記異常が解消されたデイスク装置に転記する
ことにより該デイスク装置の記憶内容を回復する
