- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 磁性体共振素子を支持棒の一端部に保持し、そ
の支持棒の他端部を、正の抵抗―温度特性をもつ
筒状セラミツクヒータ内に挿入し、そのセラミツ
クヒータに電流を流して上記支持棒をほぼ一定の
温度に保持する磁性体共振素子同調デバイスにお
いて、 上記支持棒に取付けられた抵抗発熱体と、 周囲温度を検出する温度検出素子と、 その温度検出素子の検出状態に応じて上記抵抗
発熱体に供給する電流を制御する電流制御回路と
を備えたことを特徴とする磁性体共振素子同調デ
バイス。
