- 一端が固定された圧電素子と、該圧電素子の自
由端に接するように配置された飛行部材とから構
成される自由飛行型圧電アクチユエータにおいて
、前記圧電素子は自由端から固定端に向かうに従
い断面積が大きくなるものであることを特徴とす
る自由飛行型圧電アクチユエータ。
