ナーチューブ押出しからブレード被覆及びアウターチュ
−ブ被覆までの工程を従来工程に比較して大幅に短縮出
来ると共に、成形も簡素化できる。更に、溶融状態のイ
ンナーチー−プにブレード巻回及びアウターチューブ被
覆を略同時に行なうためインナーチューブ、グレード及
びアウターチューブの一体化を確実に行なうことが出来
、品質の安定したホースを成形することが出来る。
