    外側に配置されるベルト層と、該ベルト層の外側
    に配置されるトレツド部を有し、前記ベルト層は
    、カーカス側に位置しスチールコードからなる巾
    狭の第１プライとその上側に位置しスチールコー
    ドからなる巾広の第２プライの２層で構成される
    とともに、このベルト層の両端部のみを夫々有機
    繊維コードを用いたエツジプライで被覆している
    ことを特徴とする乗用車用ラジアルタイヤ。 (2) 第１プライの巾Ｗ１は第２プライの巾Ｗ２
    の６０〜９５％の範囲である実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載のラジアルタイヤ。
