    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流量制御回路に設けられてパイロツト可変絞り
    ４９の作動により、ポペツト３８を作動して流量
    制御を行う流量制御弁において、前記ポペツト３
    ８に高圧側とポペツト背部圧力室４３との間に圧
    力差を生ぜしめる固定オリフイス４２を設け、前
    記ポペツト背部圧力室４３とパイロツト可変絞り
    ４９の入口側との間にポペツト３８の上昇により
    絞り開口面積を小さくする可変絞り４４を設けた
    ことを特徴とする流量制御弁。
