Claims (1)
- ケーシング内に納められた回転体の変位を検出
する装置であつて、上記ケーシングへ回転体の回
転軸芯と直交して取り付けられた円筒状の保護カ
バーと、同保護カバー内へ同軸に納められ、上記
回転体と対向する測定面を有するギヤツプセンサ
とを有し、上記保護カバーの内径をギヤツプセン
サの外径の２倍以上とし、上記保護カバーの端面
をギヤツプセンサの測定面より後退させたことを
特徴とする回転体の変位検出装置。
