Claims (1)
- 両端部にダイヤフラムを介してフランジが固定
されたセンターチユーブの外周に第１および第２
の磁気円盤を互いに離間させて取り付け、かつこ
の第１および第２の磁気円盤に第１および第２の
磁気ヘツドをそれぞれ対応位置させてなる構成を
有し、前記第１および第２の磁気円盤間のセンタ
ーチユーブの捩れ量を前記第１および第２の磁気
ヘツドを介して第１および第２の磁気円盤から得
られる電流の波形の位相変化で検知可能にしたカ
ツプリング。
