圧力センサであつて、前記圧力センサ素子９にお
ける出力端子７および８をオペアンプ２１の入力
端子に接続するほか、他にオペアンプ２２を設け
てこのオペアンプ２２の非反転入力端子には前記
圧力センサ素子９に対する電源１０の中間電位を
基準電圧として印加するように抵抗器２７および
２８の介在のもとに接続したまま、前記圧力セン
サ素子９の出力端子８とオペアンプ２２の非反転
入力端子とを零点温度ドリフト補償用の抵抗器３
１により接続し、両オペアンプ２１および２２の
出力端子２３および２４から検出電圧を得るよう
