Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 外部ローズを有する筒状の外導体と、この
外導体の内部に同軸に配置され内部ベローズを有
する内導体と、この内導体と前記外導体との間の
環状空間に配置されて環状をなし、外周縁を前記
外部ベローズの山部に固着され、内周縁を前記内
部ベローズの谷部に固着され、これらの固着部よ
りも少し内径側および外径側において薄肉部を有
するセラミツクス製の電流導入端子とを備えたこ
とを特徴とする同軸給電管。 (2) 外部ベローズの内面および内部ベローズの
外面は金あるいは銀の表層を有することを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の同軸給
電管。
