- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 トーチ本体の先端部に、ガス通路を保持して溶
接チツプの囲りを覆うノズルが装着された溶接用
トーチにおいて、 セラミツクスにより形成したスパツタ侵入防止
部材を溶接チツプの先端部外周位置において、前
記ガス通路を塞ぐように配設させ、かつ該スパツ
タ侵入防止部材にはガス吹出し口となる細孔をガ
ス通路に連通して形成させ、 かつ前記溶接チツプを、導電体による本体チツ
プと、導電性を有するセラミツクスにより形成さ
せると共に、前記本体チツプの先端に装備した先
端チツプと、で形成し、 かつ前記スパツタ侵入防止部材に先端チツプの
先端面を覆う被覆部材を形成したことを特徴とす
る溶接用トーチ。
