温度点検装置を示すブロツク図、第２図はこの考
案の一実施例による電力機器の温度点検装置の取
付状態を示す説明図、第３図ａ，ｂは温度検出の
対象となる電力機器の取付状態を示す説明図、第
４図はこの考案の一実施例による電力機器の温度
点検装置の異常温度として検出された温度分布デ
ータの説明図、第５図はこの考案の一実施例によ
る電力機器の温度点検装置の電力機器の温度と負
荷の特性を示すパラメータ説明図、第６図は従来
の電力機器の温度点検装置の取付状態を示す説明
図、第７図は従来の温度検出データの説明図であ
る。 １は電力制御盤、２はＸ軸位置検出器、３はＹ
軸位置検出器、４は電力検出器、５は赤外線温度
検出器、６はパラメータ設定器、７は温度差設定
器、８は演算処理装置、９は表示器、１０は警報
器、１２は外部温度検出器。なお、図中同一符号
は同一又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電力制御盤を構成する電力機器の発熱温度を測
    定する赤外線温度計と、該温度計の被写体となる
    電力機器の位置座標を検出するＸ軸及びＹ軸位置
    検出器と、電力制御盤の負荷状態を検出する電力
    検出器と、電力機器の負荷状態と発熱量をパラメ
    ータとして設定するパラメータ設定器と、パラメ
    ータ設定器に設定された電力機器の無負荷時の発
    熱温度基準点を、外部温度補償するための外部温
    度信号を得る外部温度検出器と、パラメータ設定
    器により設定された発熱温度値と上記赤外線温度
    計により検出された温度検出値との温度差限度を
    設定する温度差設定器と、上記位置検出器により
    出力される位置信号と電力検出器より出力される
    負荷状態信号に基づき、パラメータ設定器から該
    当電力機器の発熱温度値を抽出すると共に、該発
    熱温度値と赤外線温度計による発熱温度測定値と
    の温度差を演算し、該温度差と上記温度差限度設
    定値を比較する演算処理装置と、比較結果に基づ
    いて電力機器の異常発熱を報知する警報器と、発
    温度を表示する表示器とを備えたことを特徴とす
    る電力機器の温度点検装置。
