Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) シリンダ部１内にばね部材１０を介して摺
動自在に設けられたピストン６と、前記シリンダ
部１に形成され、このシリンダ部１内に流体を供
給するための流体供給口３と、前記ピストン６に
形成されたＯリング用溝７に設けられた少なくと
も二個のＯリング８，８ａと、前記ピストン６に
形成され前記Ｏリング用溝７とシリンダ内部２と
を導通するための導通孔１１とを備え、前記流体
供給口３から供給された流体は、前記導通孔１１
を経て前記Ｏリング８，８ａに作用するようにし
たことを特徴とするシリンダ装置。 (2) 前記各Ｏリング８，８ａは、互いに断面直
径が異なるようにしたことを特徴とする実用新案
