Claims (1)
- 庫内に積み上げた被冷却物中に強制的に冷風を
循環させて被冷却物を急速冷却するようにした冷
却装置において、前記被冷却物中を通過する冷風
の流れを正・逆切替可能となすと共に前記庫内に
冷風が被冷却物中を通じて吸込まれ、又は、吹出
す通路を形成する盲板付きの網状カゴを設けたこ
とを特徴とする冷却装置。
