- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一対の櫛歯電極の各複数の櫛歯部を互いに絶縁
状態に保ちながら噛み合わせて絶縁基板上に設け
、さらに、その櫛歯電極の上を絶縁保護膜で被つ
て成る結露センサであつて、 接地側の一方の櫛歯電極を他方の櫛歯電極より
電極面積を大とし、かつこの接地側の櫛歯電極に
より他方の櫛歯電極を囲繞したことを特徴とする
結露センサ。
