Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) カーポートを設置する地盤を当該カーポー
    トのスペースと、ほぼ同形に所定深さ堀下げ、該
    堀下げ底面にアンカーウエイトを置設し、該アン
    カーウエイトの上面に床スラブ、壁パネル及び上
    面がカーポートの床面となる天井スラブを水密に
    接合して成る地下室を前記天井スラブの上面が当
    該カーポートの地盤面とほぼ同一面となるように
    埋設し、前記天井スラブの一隅に開口部を設けて
    該開口部と前記床スラブとの間に昇降用はしごを
    架設し、又前記天井スラブの周縁部に前記地下室
    に連通するパイプで成る複数の支柱受けを立設し
    、該支柱受けにパイプで成る支柱を嵌着して該支
    柱の上部に屋根を支持し、前記支柱の上部側面に
    前記地下室に通じる換気口を穿設して成る地下室
    付きカーポート。 (2) 前記天井スラブの開口部に透明体で成るハ
    ツチカバーを着脱自在に被着したことを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の地下室付
    きカーポート。 (3) 前記支柱受け及び支柱は前記天井スラブで
    成るカーポート床面の四隅に設け、前記換気口は
    前記支柱を結ぶ四辺形の辺上に対向する支柱側面
    、又は前記四辺形の対角線上に対向する側面に穿
    設したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項又は第２項記載の地下室付きカーポート。
