Claims (1)
- 測定値に応じた出力信号を発するセンサーと、
そのセンサーの出力信号を光信号に変換する光信
号変換装置と、変換された光信号を凸面状をした
反射鏡によつて広角範囲内に散乱して反射させる
反射装置と、その広角範囲内に設置された複数の
光受信ユニツトからなることを特徴とするセンサ
ー信号出力装置。
