Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 型開 操作に際し金型の開口面に対向して
上下動するよう旋回台に取付けてなるダイカスト
マシンの離型剤スプレー装置において、スプレー
ヘツドに接続される離型剤もしくは圧縮空気を供
給するガイドバーを兼ねたパイプの外周面に磁気
的縞目模様を付し、前記磁気的縞目模様を検出し
て所定のパルス信号を出力する磁気センサを設け
ることを特徴とするダイカストマシンの離型剤ス
プレー装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲 第１項記載の離
型剤スプレー装置において、磁気センサは磁気的
縞目模様を９０°の位相差を有するパルス信号と
して出力するよう構成してなるダイカストマシン
の離型剤スプレー装置。
