Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は次式 （この式中Ａは次式 の残基を意味する）で表わされるイソインドリン
化合物に関する。
この新規化合物は、合成樹脂特に熱可塑性合成
樹脂、たとえば硬質ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリエチレ
ン、ポリプロピレン、ポリスチロール、ポリアク
リレート、ポリメタクリレート、スチロール、ア
クリルニトリル、ブタジエン及び／又はアクリル
酸エステルからの共重合物ならびに軟質ポリ塩化
ビニルに、光堅牢で光沢のある濃色着色を与え
る。ワニス中ではほぼ純色の範囲で光堅牢かつ光
沢のある濃色の着色を与える。
新規化合物（）は次式に示すように、１―ア
ミノ―３―イミノ―イソインドリンを相当するシ
アンメチル化合物と、次いでバルビツール酸と段
階的に縮合反応させることによつて製造される。
この製造は、例えばドイツ特許出願公開
1670748号明細書に記載の方法によつて行われる
が、特開昭54―90125号明細書に記載の方法によ
つて水の存在下に又は水中で行うこともできる。
製造条件によつて、式の化合物は、被覆力のあ
る又は透明な着色を与える顔料形で得られる。
下記実施例中の部及び％は重量に関する。
実施例 １ ｏ―フタロジニトリル64部をエチレングリコー
ル400部に懸濁させ、60℃でアンモニアガスを３
時間かけて吹込む。得られた１―アミノ―３―イ
ミノ―イソインドリンの溶液を、バルビツール酸
64部及び２―シアンメチルキナゾロン―(4)93部の
水750部中のPH９で60℃に加熱された懸濁液に流
入し、60℃で２時間撹拌する。次い反応混合物を
硫酸でPH３の酸性となし、PH３及び60℃において
２時間撹拌する。次いでオレイン酸エタノールア
ミド16部を添加し、90℃に加熱したのち、吸引
過して乾燥すると、濃色の中性黄色の顔料150部
が得られ、このものは合成樹脂中に良好に分布で
きる。この顔料は次式の構造を有する。
実施例 ２ ａ 第一段階（モノ縮合生成物） ２―シアンメチル―キナゾロン39部を１―アミ
ノ―３―イミノ―イソインドリン29部と共に、メ
タノール170部中で還流温度で５時間加熱する。
沈殿を吸引過し、メタノールで洗浄したのち乾
燥すると、融点300℃以上の１―〔シアン―（キ
ナゾロニル―2′）―メチレン〕―３―イミノ―イ
ソインドリン62部が得られる。
ｂ 第二段階 ａにより得られたモノ縮合生成物32部及びバル
ビツール酸13部を、氷酢酸600部中で還流温度で
３時間加熱する。この懸濁液を過し、氷酢酸及
びメタノールで順次洗浄したのち乾燥すると、Ａ
が である式の顔料40部が得られる。この顔料はポ
リ塩化ビニル及びポリスチロール中で良好な光堅
牢性を有する帯黄赤色を与え、良好な移行堅牢性
を有する。
