    イル状抵抗発熱体６を装着した赤外線ヒータにお
    いて、前記蛇行凹条３の直進部３ａ、３ａ間に設
    けられる境界壁４の端部４ａの両隅を略直角状部
    ４ｂ、４ｂに形成し、この端部４ａにコイル状抵
    抗発熱体６の屈曲部内側を密接係合させたことを
    特徴とする赤外線ヒータ。 ２ 蛇行凹条３に装着されたコイル状抵抗発熱体
    ６はその両端の係止端部７、７がセラミツクス板
    体１の略中央に位置する直進部３ａの中間狭窄部
    ５、５に係止されている実用新案登録請求の範囲
