Claims (1)
- 上面が平坦な底板を有する真空容器内に複数台
の縦形回転機を前記真空容器の底板上に載置収納
し、前記底板の外部に前記回転機を間接的に冷却
するための冷却流路を設けた回転機収納装置にお
いて、前記真空容器内の底板に前記縦形回転機収
納装置が載置固定される接触部分のみを他の部分
に比較して薄肉化に形成してなることを特徴とす
る回転機収納装置。
