Claims (1)
- 固定基板上に流体膜形成により浮上する被測定
物を載置する載置板を設け、該載置板上に記載し
た被測定物に上方から荷重を手動的に加える移動
自在な荷重付与装置を前記載置板の上方に設け、
荷重付与装置内に荷重を検出するロードセルを設
け、前記被測定物の浮上量を検出する検出装置を
設けてなることを特徴とする荷重試験装置。
