  1. シート又はシートバツクの調整機構を駆動する
    モータと、加圧により抵抗値が変化する抵抗体と
    、該抵抗体の抵抗値変化により前記モータをオン
    又はオフするスイツチング手段と、前記抵抗値変
    化に応じて前記モータへの印加電流を制御する手
    段とを有し、前記抵抗体への加圧により前記シー
    ト又はシートバツクを始動するとともに移動速度
    を制御することを特徴とするパワーシート制御装
    置。
