Claims (1)
- 入力端と出力端との間にＰＩＮダイオードを介
設してなる高周波減衰回路において、上記ＰＩＮ
ダイオードのアノードとカソードのうちの一方は
伝送系インピーダンスに比べて充分高い抵抗値を
有する抵抗を介して電源端と接続し、他方も伝送
系インピーダンスに比べて充分高い抵抗値を有す
る抵抗を介して接地端と接続してあることを特徴
とする高周波減衰回路。
