- 水平テーブル上方に設けられた水平梁を有し、
かつ前記水平テーブル上にＸ軸方向に移動自在な
キヤリツジを設け、前記水平梁の長手方向である
Ｙ軸方向に沿つて水平梁の上下面を貫通したスロ
ツトを穿設し、該スロツト内をＺ軸方向に移動自
在な昇降部材を設け、該昇降部材を装着してＹ軸
方向に移動自在な移動部材を前記水平梁に設けた
ことを特徴とする３次元測定装置。
