    、 上記一定振幅の正弦波を三角波に変換する三角
    波発生回路と、 複数レベルの基準電圧と上記三角波電圧とを比
    較する比較回路と、 比較電圧が一致したときパルスを出力する出力
    回路とより構成することを特徴とする流量発信器
    。
