る測定機制御手段と、上記測定プローブの移動量
から被測定物の各種測定寸法を算出する測定デー
タ処理手段と、上記測定プローブに設けられ、被
測定物表面と上記測定プローブの上下方向の距離
の変位を検知する光学式変位センサと、前記光学
式変位センサの出力信号を入力して変位量を検知
する変位検出器と、前記変位検出器で検出された
変位量の読み取りおよび変位検出器の制御を行な
う検出器制御手段と、前記検出器制御手段で読み
取つた変位量をもとに被測定物表面の穴の有無を
判断する穴検知手段と、前記穴検知手段で検知し
た穴が本来その位置にあるべき穴かどうかを判断
する指定穴判断手段と、上記各手段を実行するた
めのCPU、メモリ、入力装置、表示装置、印字
装置、インターフエイスを有するコンピユータと
