２：イメージ・インテンシフアイア、１３：光電
極板、１４：電子レンズ、１５：テレビカメラ、
１６：モニターテレビ。なお図中同一符号は同一
又は相当部を示すものとする。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) Ｘ線またはγ線を発生する第１の手段と、
    該手段により発生されたＸ線またはγ線を半導体
    ウエーハ等の表面に照射して該表面から放出され
    る放出光を検知する第２の手段とを備えたことを
    特徴とする半導体ウエーハ等の表面における塵埃
    検出装置。 (2) 第２の手段として光電子増倍管を有し、該
    光電子増倍管により放出光を光電子に変換し、か
    つ増幅することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項に記載の半導体ウエーハ等の表面にお
    ける塵埃検出装置。 (3) 第２の手段として光電陰極板を含み、該光
    電陰極板により放出光を光電子に変換し、該光電
    子を電子レンズにより収斂して、可視像を得るこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に
    記載の半導体ウエーハ等の表面における塵埃検出
    装置。
