    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転カムと、カムフオロワと、カムフオロワを
    回転カムに押付ける手段と、モータと、モータの
    回転を減速して回転カムに伝える減速ギア装置と
    からなる微動装置において、カムフオロワを回転
    カムに押付ける手段による回転カムの自転トルク
    が減速ギア装置を介して、電流をおおむね断つた
    状態のモータを回転させるのに必要なトルクより
    も小さく、かつ、モータの軸に固定したギアに直
    接噛み合うギアの軸を回転させるのに必要なトル
    クよりも大きくなる様に、カムフオロワを回転カ
    ムに押付ける力の大きさを選んだことを特徴とす
    る微動装置。
