Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 高圧容器１と該容器１の上下開口端を閉塞する
    上・下蓋２，３とで画成される高圧室１Ａ内に、
    断熱層４とヒータ５とが内外に周設されており、
    下蓋３を貫通して昇降自在な押棒８の先端に含浸
    材１３を収容するルツボ１２が取付けられ、溶解
    された含浸材１３に被含浸材６を浸漬して加圧熱
    処理するものにおいて、 前記ルツボ１２の底側に、該ルツボ１２ととも
    に昇降自在とされる通電可能なベースヒータ１０
    が設けられていることを特徴とする加圧熱処理装
    置。
