会し、当該顧客のサービス情報データを検索する
照会手段と、 該照会手段により該サービス情報データが検索
できたときは該サービス情報データを更新し、検
索できないときは新たに当該顧客のサービス情報
データを有する顧客サービスフアイルを作成して
該記憶手段に記憶せしめるフアイル更新・作成手
段と、 前記クレジツトカードの顧客の該顧客サービス
フアイル中のサービス情報データの入出力を指示
する操作手段と、 該操作手段により指示されたサービス情報デー
タを該顧客サービスフアイル中から読み出して顧
