で２０，２１，２２，２３の４ビツトを数値デー
タとする数値設定器において、２０，２１，２２
，２３ビツトのいずれか１ビツト以上のビツトが
故障した場合、ビツトの故障が判別出来るように
、チエツク用のビツトを２ビツト持たせたことを
特徴とする数値設定器。
