Claims (1)
- 上面が開口された缶において、缶の開口部周辺
に複数個のスポツト照明を均等に配置して缶の内
側面を照射するとともに前記開口部の上部よりテ
レビカメラで缶内面を撮像するようにしたことを
特徴とする缶内面検査装置。
