Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 有底円筒形状をしており耐薬品性の高い材
料で成形された保護筒と、前記保護筒の後端開口
部に接続され前記保護筒を任意の位置に位置決め
固定するフレキシブルチユーブと、前記保護筒と
前記フレキシブルチユーブを円周上で接続する接
続構造と、光センサに後端が接続されており前記
フレキシブルチユーブを介して前記保護筒に先端
が挿入される光フアイバとから構成した光センサ
ヘツド。 (2) 前記保護筒は、ふつ素系樹脂で成形された
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載の光センサヘツド。 (3) 前記接続構造は、貫通孔を持つ鍔部の両端
に外周におねじが螺設された円筒を持つユニオン
と、前記保護筒または前記フレキシブルチユーブ
を支持し前記ユニオンのおねじに螺合するめねじ
が螺設された袋ねじ状の第１および第２のフイツ
テングとから構成したことを特徴とする実用新案
