- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 下面に広口開口部を有するフイルター、こ
のフイルターの広口開口部に接続される吸引穴を
有する吸引治具を備えたものにおいて、上記吸引
治具の少なくとも台面を弾性体に構成し、この弾
性体台面に上記フイルターの広口開口部端面が当
接するように載置したことを特徴とするフイルタ
ー洗浄装置。 (2) 吸引治具の吸引穴はＬ字形に形成されてい
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のフイルタ
ー洗浄装置。
