巻取るようにしたリコイルスタータにおいて、リ
ールに回動可能にラチエツトを装架し、スタータ
ケースに設けたリールの回転のためのシヤフト又
はシヤフト部に固定されたスプリングガイドに回
動抵抗を発生するようにフリクシヨンスプリング
を組込み、前記ラチエツトと、このフリクシヨン
スプリングを鋼線等で構成したアームで連結し、
このアームの一端にラチエツトを収納する方向に
付勢したリタンスプリングを係合させたことを特
