の上から底のついた円筒状の容器を逆向きに冠せ
て底板と固定して行つていた。しかし、この方法
では輸送途中で内部でリールが移動する衝撃など
により容器が破損し易く、容器、蓋、底板を頑丈
にせねばならないし、リールを格納するために
は、リールを地上より持ち上げて格納し、あるい
は底板の上に乗せる必要がある。最近のように使
用効率、輸送効率を高めるためリールの単重が大
型化し、日本標準規格(C)で定めるPT60(電
線重量60Kg)PT100(電線重量100Kg)PT270
(270Kg)の大きな重量のリールの場合は人力で持
ち上げることが出来ず機械力に頼らねばならな
い。

もうけ、容器を上から挿し込んでL字型溝の曲
がり部からピンを該溝に嵌入して容器を回転し

ール下鍔4のネジ孔5に見合う場所に孔がもうけ
られてあり、この容器3をリール1の上から冠せ
て孔の外側に座金7を当てて、ネジ6によつて容
器3の下端周辺をリールの下鍔4に固定する。こ
の場合、第3図に示すように、リールの下鍔4の
外周部に複数個の内部に拡大部を有するピン孔9
をもうけ、先端を2〜4ツに割つた弾性ピン8を
容器の孔を通じて押し込み固定してもよい。第4
図は、他の実施例を示すもので円筒状容器3の下
端周辺部の外側に凸起部9をもうけ、弧状断面の
鋼製バンド10によつて該凸起部とリールの下鍔
4の周辺を共に囲繞するように巻いて第7図に示
す締めつけ具11によつて締めつけ容器をリール
下鍔に固定したものである。また第5図および第
6図に示すようにリールの下鍔4に環状の溝12
あるいは切り欠き13をもうけて円筒状容器3を
溝あるいは切り欠きに嵌合する構造とすることも
できる。この場合、第5図、第6図に示すように
円筒容器の内側で下鍔と接する部分にスポンヂな
どの弾性体の環14を取りつけておくと、弛んだ
電線が隙間に落ち込み、挾み込まれるのを防止で
きる。この弾性体の取りつけは、本発明の他の実
施態様にも使用できることは、もちろんである。

性止め金具を取り付け、該金具により容器をリー

もうけ、円筒状容器の開放口端部の内側に同数の
ピンをもうけ、ピンをL字型溝に嵌入して容器を
