- 本考案は、顕微鏡を用いた位置合わせ装置で撮
像用ＴＶカメラ、画像メモリ、画像合成装置、モ
ニターより成り、一方の合わせマークに焦点を合
わせて画像メモリにとり込み、もう一方の合わせ
マークに焦点を合わせ、該画像メモリの像と合成
し、合成後の像により位置合わせをする事を特徴
とする精密位置合わせモニター装置。
