- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電子ビームを射出する電子銃と、該電子銃から
の電子ビームを捕捉するコレクタと前記電子銃と
前記コレクタとの間にあつて前記電子ビームに対
して電磁波を相互作用させる高周波回路部と、前
記コレクタの外周部に密着嵌合する放熱体とから
成る伝導冷却型進行波管において、 前記放熱体は前記コレクタの外径とほぼ等しい
貫通穴を有するベリリアセラミツクスより成り、
該コレクタの外周壁は該放熱体の貫通穴の内周壁
と密着嵌合していることを特徴とする伝導冷却型
進行波管。
